About CarePulse Analytics We came from the IT closet of the nursing home, not a venture-backed pitch deck.

CarePulse was built by a healthcare IT team with 20+ years of IT experience, much of it inside skilled nursing facilities in Oklahoma and Texas: running the networks, the phone systems, the nurse-call panels, and the PointClickCare integrations.

We kept seeing the same thing. Administrators were making decisions from a spreadsheet somebody built on Friday, while the phone system, the call-light panel, and the shared inbox already knew exactly where the building was leaking. Nobody was looking at that data, because nobody had put it in one place. So we did.

  • Operators firstEvery metric on the dashboard was requested by an administrator, a DON, or an owner. Nothing is there because it looked nice.
  • Plain numbersSeconds to answer. Minutes to respond. Days to reply. Beds filled. No proprietary "scores."
  • Healthcare-grade securityThe same team handles HIPAA, SOC 2 alignment, and cybersecurity for healthcare clients every day.

What we believe

Three rules we build by.

Operations are clinical.

A missed call light is a fall risk. A missed referral call is an empty bed that funds one fewer CNA. Business analytics in long-term care is resident care by another name.

Show the outlier, not the average.

Averages hide the night shift that is failing. Every view on CarePulse leads with the worst hall, the oldest email, the slowest ring group, so you know where to walk first.

Never touch the chart.

We are read-only by design and by architecture. Your EHR, your nurse-call, and your phone system are never modified by CarePulse.

How we got here

From managed IT to the dashboard operators asked for.

Managed IT for senior living20+ years of IT experience running networks, phones, nurse call, and EHR integration, much of it inside skilled nursing buildings.
The first missed-call reportA one-off report of unanswered referral calls for one administrator turned into a standing request.
Call lights, then inboxes, then PCCEach new source was added because a DON, an admissions director, or an owner asked what else we could see.
CarePulse AnalyticsOne platform, every signal, every building. Built for the operators who trusted us with their networks first.
